In my limited experience every night is busy, although week nights less so. Go early to avoid a long wait. Desserts change but are a house specialty so call to find out what's available for that particular day. It's hard to leave room for dessert!

Yes they take reservations but unless it's a big group they could likely accommodate you.

Usually no but during Valentine's day etc then yes they do recommend it. I believe lunch hours are 11 to 3 and dinner hours are for 2 between 8 and 10. I do not think they are open on Sundays but I am not sure about that.
